Welcome to HDCircuitry LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products, including custom wiring harnesses, electrical circuits, and related components. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products and Orders All products are sold "as described" on our site. Kits (e.g., wiring harnesses) are built to HDC standard specifications. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. 

2. Payment Payments are processed securely through Shopify. Full payment is required at the time of order.

3. Warranty and Support HDCircuitry LLC does not offer a fixed warranty period on our products. We stand behind our work and will work directly with you to resolve any issues that may arise. Many components we use carry their own manufacturer warranties, which we will help you pursue when applicable. Most issues with electrical and wiring products result from installation errors, improper use, or modification. We cannot provide coverage for user error, misuse, or damage caused after delivery, however if you experience any problem with your order, please contact us right away. We will review the situation and work with you to find a fair and reasonable path forward and help you troubleshoot any issues. Before contacting us, please double check the directions, 9 out of 10 times the answer is right there, but we are happy to help troubleshoot if requested. 

4. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, HDCircuitry LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of use, data, or profits) arising from our products or website. Electrical products must be installed by qualified professionals in compliance with all local codes and safety standards. You assume all risk for improper installation or use.

5. Intellectual Property All content, logos, designs, and product images on this site are owned by HDCircuitry LLC and may not be used without our written permission.

6. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site or services after changes constitutes your acceptance.
